Exchange & Return policy

SALE POLICY

  1. Items upto 10% off are eligible for returns/exchanges subject to a restocking fee of Rs 199
  2. No returns/exchanges on sale items over 10% off
  3. Request must be placed within 5 days of order being delivered by sending a mail on care@mamaneeds.in with proper images and reason for return
  4. Items must be in their original condition with their labels/tags intact
  5. No returns and exchanges on the non returnable items likefeeding bottles and wearables.
  6. All sales are final and prepaid orders will be confirmed before dispatch. Once confirmed cancellation is allowed

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  1. We accept exchanges and returns on non-sale items within 5 days of you receiving the shipment
  2. A reverse pickup facility from your shipping address is available free of cost for non-sale items
  3. Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page

EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS

  2. We will initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 hours
  3. Re-use the original packaging, including the bag, for proper care and protection
  4. Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact
  5. They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages
  6. Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange or return
  7. Typically, it takes 10-15 days to complete your exchange or return request

REFUND POLICY

  1. We issue a store credit for the full amount against all returns
  2. There is no reverse shipping fees levied on any return requests for non-discounted items
  3. First time exchange for a product is free for non-discounted items
  4. A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 199 will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or on orders placed using a credit note or promotional offers
  5. Store credit is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue
  6. Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable
  7. Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value

MISSING OR DAMAGE POLICY

  1. A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel
  2. We will need photographs of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in
  3. Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. We accept cancellations against full refund or store credit as long as the order has not been shipped
  2. We are unable to accept any cancellation requests once the order has been shipped

SHIPPING POLICY

  2. We charge a non-refundable, flat shipping fee of INR 99 on all orders under INR 2999
  3. Orders above INR 2999 enjoy free shipping across India
  4. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days from order confirmation
  5. Your order maybe split based on product availability and to reduce shipping time
  6. Pre-order items will be shipped as per timelines mentioned on the product page
  7. All furniture orders are shipped within 15-20 days from order confirmation

CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

  1. COD or cash on delivery facility is available on most pincodes across India
  2. We do not offer a try-and-buy at the time of delivery or an open box delivery
  3. You must first pay the courier partner prior to opening your parcel
  4. The courier partner cannot process an exchange or accept returns
  5. All returns and exchanges must to be routed through Customer Care

      2. Similarly, tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped
