Exchange & Return policy
SALE POLICY
- Items upto 10% off are eligible for returns/exchanges subject to a restocking fee of Rs 199
- No returns/exchanges on sale items over 10% off
- Request must be placed within 5 days of order being delivered by sending a mail on care@mamaneeds.in with proper images and reason for return
- Items must be in their original condition with their labels/tags intact
- No returns and exchanges on the non returnable items likefeeding bottles and wearables.
- All sales are final and prepaid orders will be confirmed before dispatch. Once confirmed cancellation is allowed
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
- We accept exchanges and returns on non-sale items within 5 days of you receiving the shipment
- A reverse pickup facility from your shipping address is available free of cost for non-sale items
- Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page
EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS
- To raise a request, email care@mamaneeds.in or phone/WhatsApp us at +91-9560487605
- We will initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 hours
- Re-use the original packaging, including the bag, for proper care and protection
- Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact
- They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages
- Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange or return
- Typically, it takes 10-15 days to complete your exchange or return request
REFUND POLICY
- We issue a store credit for the full amount against all returns
- There is no reverse shipping fees levied on any return requests for non-discounted items
- First time exchange for a product is free for non-discounted items
- A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 199 will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or on orders placed using a credit note or promotional offers
- Store credit is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue
- Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable
- Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value
MISSING OR DAMAGE POLICY
- A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel
- We will need photographs of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in
- Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution
CANCELLATION POLICY
- We accept cancellations against full refund or store credit as long as the order has not been shipped
- We are unable to accept any cancellation requests once the order has been shipped
