Exchange & Return policy

SALE POLICY

  1. Items upto 10% off are eligible for returns/exchanges subject to a restocking fee of Rs 199
  2. No returns/exchanges on sale items over 10% off
  3. Request must be placed within 5 days of order being delivered by sending a mail on care@mamaneeds.in with proper images and reason for return
  4. Items must be in their original condition with their labels/tags intact
  5. No returns and exchanges on the non returnable items likefeeding bottles and wearables.
  6. All sales are final and prepaid orders will be confirmed before dispatch. Once confirmed cancellation is allowed

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  1. We accept exchanges and returns on non-sale items within 5 days of you receiving the shipment
  2. A reverse pickup facility from your shipping address is available free of cost for non-sale items
  3. Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page

EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS

  1. To raise a request, email care@mamaneeds.in or phone/WhatsApp us at +91-9560487605
  2. We will initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 hours
  3. Re-use the original packaging, including the bag, for proper care and protection
  4. Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact
  5. They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages
  6. Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange or return
  7. Typically, it takes 10-15 days to complete your exchange or return request

REFUND POLICY

  1. We issue a store credit for the full amount against all returns
  2. There is no reverse shipping fees levied on any return requests for non-discounted items
  3. First time exchange for a product is free for non-discounted items
  4. A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 199 will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or on orders placed using a credit note or promotional offers
  5. Store credit is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue
  6. Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable
  7. Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value

MISSING OR DAMAGE POLICY

  1. A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel
  2. We will need photographs of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in
  3. Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. We accept cancellations against full refund or store credit as long as the order has not been shipped
  2. We are unable to accept any cancellation requests once the order has been shipped

It all began with one simple thought...

That thought became a vision in 2021, and eventually, it became MAMA Needs.

Behind the brand is an engineer with over 16 years of experience across diverse industries. While engineering shaped his ability to solve problems with precision, his heart was always drawn toward something different—beautiful spaces, timeless home linen, thoughtful craftsmanship, and products that make everyday life feel a little more special.

He believed that great products shouldn't just perform well; they should make people feel something. Comfort. Joy. Confidence. Love.

But the journey didn't begin with home linen.

It began with a mother's hands.

As he observed parents searching endlessly for feeding bottles that were safe, practical, and truly dependable, he realized that many products in the market asked families to compromise—either on quality, safety, or design. Refusing to settle, he immersed himself in research, learned every detail, and personally designed and developed the very first MAMA Needs product—a premium glass feeding bottle.

That bottle wasn't simply the brand's first product.

It was a promise.

A promise that every MAMA Needs creation would be built with the same care that a family gives to its loved ones.

That promise became the foundation of everything we do.
